  • Pickup Times: Winter: Between 2:00 – 3:30 PM, Summer: Between 3:30 – 4:30 PM

  • Dune Bashing: Optional; inform us if you prefer to skip it for a smoother ride.

  • Insurance Disclaimer: Buggy ride accidents are not covered by insurance; please drive carefully within the safe area.

  • Children and Health Conditions: Not recommended for pregnant women or children under 3 years old unless in a private SUV. Minimum age for driving a buggy or quad bike: 15 years.

  • Shared Facilities: Camp activities like camel ride, sandboarding, etc., are provided on a shared basis and alternate timings.

  • Additional Costs: Fresh juices, falcon/bird photos, and some souvenirs are chargeable by third parties—ask before accepting any extras. Shisha served at your private table is extra.

  • Pickup Location: Please send your hotel/residence location and contact details right after booking to arrange smooth pickup coordination.

  • Timing: We’ll send you the exact pickup time and additional tips the morning of your tour day.

When and where does the experience start?

We'll pick you up from Dubai hotels & residences at around 2-4 pm depending on your location and will drive to the desert

When and where does the experience end?

Experience ends after approximately 9 pm, you'll reach home between 9-11 pm depending on your location in Dubai

Do you arrange airport transfers?

We arrange pick up and drop off from hotels and residences only. You can meet us in the hotel lobby near the airport if you're in transit and not staying in any hotel

What is the age range & other terms?

If you are pregnant or have kids less than 4 years old we recommend you to book a private SUV, this is not good for  people with serious health issues. For Quad bike the age should be above 15 years preferably
