- Please avoid cameraman and sellers of different things they do not belong to us and are outsiders.
- Fresh fruit juices and the bird is from an outside, they'll charge extra.
Things to note:
Pickup Timing: Between 2:00 – 4:00 PM, depending on your hotel location.
Communication: Expect a message on the morning of your tour day confirming pickup timing and important instructions.
Health Advisory: Not recommended for pregnant women, toddlers under 3 years old, or those with serious medical issues unless booking a private SUV or ask the host in advance.
Quad bike riders must be at least 15 years old.
Shared Activities: Quad biking, camel riding, and sandboarding are offered at scheduled intervals and shared among guests.
Additional Costs: Items like fresh juices, professional photos with falcons, and souvenirs are sold by third parties at extra charges—please verify before accepting. Shisha service at your table is optional and chargeable.
Pickup Coordination: Kindly share your pickup address and contact number immediately after booking to ensure smooth logistics.

When and where does the experience start?
We'll pick you up from Dubai hotels & residences at around 2-4 pm depending on your location and will drive to the desert
When and where does the experience end?
Experience ends after approximately 9 pm, you'll reach home between 9-11 pm depending on your location in Dubai
Do you arrange airport transfers?
We arrange pick up and drop off from hotels and residences only. You can meet us in the hotel lobby near the airport if you're in transit and not staying in any hotel
What is the age range & other terms?
If you are pregnant or have kids less than 4 years old we recommend you to book a private SUV, this is not good for people with serious health issues. For Quad bike the age should be above 15 years preferably

Memories for a lifetime!! The whole tour was out of this world. Everything was very well organized, and our tour guide was such a nice guy and an awesome experienced. The dessert was spectacular, from the dune bashing, and camel ride, and the food was mouthwatering!!

The planning and timing were perfect. My favorite part was dune bashing, it was a unique, extraordinary experience, our guide was so informative too and he explained a lot of things about Dubai Thank you for making this trip so much fun!!

A special day out, dune bashing, Camel Ride, Henna Tattoo, etc, and experienced live desert entertainment in the form of belly dancing and fire breathing. Our driver was brilliant and went above and beyond to make the whole experience positive. I’d recommend this to anyone visiting Dubai.
