We'll pick you up from meeting points, or Dubai hotels and residences at around 4-5 am early morning before sunrise, depending on your location and will drive to the balloon flight location in the desert. We drop you back in Dubai after flight at around 9-11 am
We arrange pick up and drop off from hotels and residences only. You can meet us in the hotel lobby near the airport if you're in transit and not staying in any hotel
Not allowed for pregnant ladies, kids less than 5 years old, also not good for people with serious health issues. Please bring passport. Please wear comfortable clothes as need to climb the basket.
